Following on from the great success of similar events held during the last five years Mind Jersey is once again hosting the ‘Shabby Chic to Antiques’ event at the RJA&HS at Trinity. This year we are delighted that TMF Group is generously sponsoring the event which has helped cover the hire of this venue and the purchase of raw materials that will be freshly prepared and served up on both days.

Once again all of the stands available were taken very quickly and we are delighted to be welcoming stallholders from Jersey, Guernsey and the UK who, between them, will be offering a very wide range of items for sale. In addition to the usual collection of fine quality antiques, china, glass and books there will also be a range of other items that are ideal as early Christmas gifts for those who are organised! There will be plenty of choice to suit all budgets.

There is ample parking at the RJA&HS and entrance on both Saturday 17thand Sunday 18thNovember is free, with the doors opening at 10am and closing at 5pm. Hot drinks and delicious food will once again be available between 11am and 3.30pm on both days and experience in previous years suggests that this is both good value and delicious.

James Le Feuvre, Executive Director of Mind Jersey, said: “This event has been so successful in previous years that it is has become one of the highlights of our year. We are hoping to see lots of return visitors and will be delighted to welcome others, coming for the first time. In the run up to Christmas we believe that this is a really good way for people to start their festive shopping”.
