What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness seems to be leading a revolution in the way we look at our thoughts, and how we associate these thoughts with the world that is around us.

“Mindfulness is not just a way to relieve ourselves of stress and anxiety, although the weekly research backed evidence to support this incredibly simple practise has to be noticed. Mindfulness is all about learning to bring wisdom to every moment of your life. To create space to think, to feel, to be creative, resilient and importantly happy.” Dan of Awareful.co.uk

With the roots firmly in Buddhist culture, mindfulness is no longer just for the religious, it is for everyone, from child of 6 to adult of 106.

We are so very excited to be putting this festival on again, and look forward to seeing you all there.
