Leading offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes has advised Canadian investment holding company Endiang Holdings Inc, an affiliate of Canada's Labatt family, on its acquisition of ARC Group Limited. ARC Group Limited is the holding company of Asset Risk Consultants, an independent, privately owned consulting practice based in the Channel Islands providing investment consulting services on both funds and private portfolios.
