Nedgroup Trust in Jersey has achieved reaccreditation as a STEP Platinum Employer Partner. Achieving platinum accreditation, the highest level awarded, is testament to the strength of the learning and development opportunities and practices that Nedgroup Trust has in place to support its growing trust business.
STEP was particularly impressed with the attention paid to continuous improvement in learning and development provision offered to staff at Nedgroup Trust.
