A New Blueprint for Success Launched for Jersey Businesses

Royston Guest, a local resident and leading authority in business growth, has launched a new book to provide Jersey businesses with a blueprint for success.

Titled ‘Built to Grow’, the book is a comprehensive guide on delivering accelerated, sustained and profitable business growth. For business leaders, owners and entrepreneurs, it can be challenging to find ways to grow business in a sustained, predictable and profitable way. Whilst many find themselves struggling against a climate of uncertainty, change and low productivity, others simply fail to turn their founding vision into something more concrete.

In his new book, Royston Guest outlines his Business Growth Transformation Framework®, offering readers a roadmap for repeatable, predictable and sustained growth. Unlike many theories available in this area, Guest’s method is based on practical strategies implemented in the real world with some of his most successful clients including large companies, mid-tier organisations, SMEs and small/home businesses. The book also includes case studies to illustrate just what can be achieved.

Built to Grow will feature on the WHSmith Business Charts from the 3rd November 2016. The book has been published by global publishing company Wiley in the lead up to Global Entrepreneurship Week, the world’s largest festival for entrepreneurship taking place in November 2016. To kick start the festival in Jersey, Royston Guest will be hosting a book signing at Waterstones on Saturday 12th November 2016, from 11:00 until 15:00. During the book signing Mr Guest is offering a free Q&A session to entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals who are being kept awake at night with their burning business questions. Whether you have a totally new business idea and need some guidance, are facing challenges with growing your current business, or have identified an opportunity you want to capitalise, Islanders are invited to come along and pick Guest’s brain.
