The award-winning founder and CEO of The Busy Queen Been, Claire Boscq Scott, is launching an online customer service training course.

Now in its seventh year, The Busy Queen Bee not only has a presence in Jersey, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man, but also launched a franchise in Guernsey in spring. Over the past six months Claire has been developing a new offering, which will provide business owners with her knowledge and expertise worldwide. The course goes live on Friday 30th September, preceding Customer Service Week 2016, which takes place between Monday 3rd October and Friday 7th October.

‘The Deliver Exceptional Customer Service online training course has been designed in 10 parts, drawn from my book ‘Thrive with the Hive,’ for small retail business owners who must continually evolve to meet the changing needs of their customers,’ said Claire.

‘New expectations have been created, in terms of value, service and experience against which the average high street shop has in many cases simply failed to deliver – my course aims to change this.’

The course will give business owners the tools to deliver exceptional customer service and inspire them to become a transformation leader that gets the best out of their employees who will, in turn, give their customers the best experience, turning their business into a hive of activity.

As well as working through the 10 modules online, Claire will provide participants with her 25 years of customer service experience. Course-takers will also have an opportunity to connect and network with fellow business owners to share and develop ideas.
