Ogier has advised Workspace Group plc ("Workspace") on the purchase of Salisbury House at 28-31 Finsbury Circus, London EC2.

Workspace, which provides flexible office space throughout London, purchased the building for £158.7 million.

Salisbury House, which is held on a long leasehold from the City of London Corporation, is a Grade-II listed building located in the heart of the City of London just minutes from the new Crossrail station at Moorgate and a short walk from both Liverpool Street and Bank stations.

Partner Raulin Amy and senior associate Saraid Taylor led the Ogier team in Jersey, working alongside Goodwin Procter (UK) LLP, English and lead counsel to Workspace, on the transaction.

Commenting on the transaction, Raulin said: "We are delighted to support Workspace on this significant addition to its property portfolio."
