Ogier Legal has acted as Jersey legal adviser for Index Ventures in relation to the establishment of their latest fund, Index Ventures VII, which recently closed at €400 million. Index Ventures VII has already made a number of investments and will continue to invest in equity and equity related investments primarily in private European, United States and Israeli early stage companies.
Partner Tim Morgan and Managing Associate, Niamh Lalor led the Ogier Jersey team assisted by associate Alexandra O'Grady and paralegal Stephanie Edge.
