Voisin-Hunter Limited is pleased to announce that Jessica Sloan has recently been promoted to the position of Senior Property Manager and Senior Property Manager Nick Ursell has attained a Masters in Real Estate with Merit through the University College of Estate Management.
Jessica has gained a wealth of property management experience over the last 8 years having previously worked in both Jersey and Australia. In her new role Jessica will focus on coaching and mentoring of all new staff into the property management team whilst she continuing to manage her portfolio and provide professional service to her clients.
Jessica is an integral part in the company’s CSE (Customer Service Excellence) project focus group and is currently undertaking a Surveying Practice degree which is being sponsored by Voisin-Hunter Limited.
Nick joined Voisin-Hunter in 2014 after graduating from the University of Exeter with a B.Sc. with honours in Physics. He gained experience in various property-based roles in the U.K. and moved to Jersey to begin working at Voisin-Hunter as a Residential Property Manager. He gained his postgraduate qualification, which was sponsored by the company, while performing his day to day role.
As a result of the hard work and initiative he demonstrated in his work and studies, Nick was promoted to the position as a Senior Property Manager and, shortly thereafter, transferred to the company’s Commercial Management Department.
As part of his goal to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor, Nick is in the process of completing the final stage of the qualification, the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), which Voisin-Hunter is also pleased to sponsor.
