The summer edition of WellBeing World magazine is helping to raise funds for the Donna Annand Melanoma Charity. Renowned for covering a broad range of topics, the Channel Islands based health and wellbeing magazine is committed to supporting local practitioners, charities and causes. It features valuable information from many local sources and has increasingly also attracted UK and international contributors willing to share their expertise.

The latest edition carries more international contributors than ever, including Joe Burton, the Founder and CEO of Whil Concepts, a digital training platform based in San Francisco; Tim Baker, Head of Charlton Manor Primary School in South East London; David Livermore, an author and thought leader in cultural intelligence; Jen Fisher, National MD for Wellbeing at Deloitte in the USA; and David Bellamy, Founder and CEO of Happiness Lab.

Topics in the summer edition range from Relaxation around the World and How to Really Rest and Relax to Encouraging Children to Eat Healthily by Choice, the Latest in Mindfulness, Why Others Don’t See Things as We Do, and Engaging the Whole Worker.  It also lends support to a Plastic Free Jersey, Diversity & Inclusion at Work, Coping with Stress, the Quarter Life Crisis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Addiction and Recovery, Sport and Relaxation, Effective Self-Defence, Playing Safe in the Sun, and more.

WellBeing World magazine is available locally from major retailers including all branches of WH Smiths, Alliance Tesco, Waitrose, Grand Marche and Co-operative Local in Grouville and Maufant, Balance – the Wellbeing Supermarket, and subscriptions are available at: www.wellbeingworldmagazinecom

An Employer Scheme also enables organisations to provide copies to their employees.  Businesses including Intertrust, Deloitte, EY, Rathbones, Enhance Group, Link Asset Services, Fairway Group, Moore Stephens, Rossborough Group, Minerva Trust, Equiom, Fox Trading, Regus, and Liberty Bus, have already subscribed to the scheme, with others looking at it.

Founder and Publisher, Beverley Le Cuirot, commented: “Employee wellbeing is becoming the number 1 priority for leading employers.  For £1 or less per copy per month, our Employer Scheme enables organisations to demonstrate their commitment to their employees, whilst also benefitting from a bulk purchase discount.

We salute the employers who are already engaged with the scheme, not only are they providing their employees with helpful information on a wide range of topics, they are also enabling us to donate 10% of all sales to our local charity of choice, and for this we are most grateful.”

Kerry Petulla, Chairman of the Donna Annand Melanoma Charity said “It is great to see employers taking the initiative and supporting the importance of wellbeing and raising awareness amongst its staff.  The articles are informative and relevant and provide a fantastic forum to share a wide variety of essential and valuable wellbeing messages.  Our sun awareness message is relevant to everyone and to reach so many people with our article in WellBeing World is fabulous.”

Recognised for attracting the best in health and wellbeing from local, UK and international expert contributors across a broad range of topics, including environment, healthy eating, mind, body, fitness and sports, work, family, women, men and teen issues, lifestyle, relationships, active ageing, community, travel, personal finance, and more, WellBeing World magazine promotes positivity and overall wellbeing.
