Since 1975 Les Amis’ staff have dedicated themselves to improving the lives of those who need it most, enabling people with learning disabilities to reach their full potential and shine. Now Soulgenic are offering the staff of Les Amis a chance to feel rewarded and at their very best with free access to their fitness and wellbeing app. With online nutrition advice, meditation, yoga and fitness classes, Soulgenic make it much easier for the carers at Les Amis to find much needed time to focus on their health and wellbeing.
Providing the quality of support Les Amis is renowned for is often as physically demanding and mentally challenging as it is rewarding. Finding time in their busy days to look after themselves can be difficult for the carers of Les Amis, which is why they welcomed the opportunity to partner with locally based, workplace and wellbeing solution – Soulgenic.
Soulgenic’s app is designed to get team members hooked on health. The web app will digitally deliver Les Amis’ team fitness workouts, nutrition advice and mindfulness guidance each day to help them make wellness a part of their daily routine.
Soulgenic founder Glenda Rivoallan thinks the web app is perfect for the busy schedules of the Les Amis team,

Les Amis CEO Shaun Findlay hopes the partnership will have a similar effect for the level of care his team can provide.
