Three Mourant Ozannes lawyers have been recognised in the Citywealth 2017 IFC Powerwomen Top 200 list.
Felicia de Laat, who heads up the firm's market-leading Funds practice in Jersey, Rachael McDonald, Managing Partner, British Virgin Islands and Jessica Roland, Managing Partner, Guernsey have all been named among the 200 most influential female professionals across the world's international financial centres (IFCs).
Mourant Ozannes Global Managing Partner, Jonathan Rigby, said: "We are very proud of Rachael, Jessica and Felicia and this recognition is testament to the significant contributions they have made in their respective fields. This continued recognition of three of our leading female lawyers really underlines Mourant Ozannes' commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work place. We promote a culture of respect for each individual and aspire to create an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can reach their full potential. We believe that diversity and inclusion is integral to achieving the firm's vision of being consistently recognised as the best offshore law firm. Felicia, Jessica and Rachael's recognition is a strong reflection of this, and I congratulate them all in what is a fantastic achievement."
In its fourth consecutive year, the Top 200 list is generated from the 2017 Citywealth Leaders List combined with recommendations from leading figures in the financial services industry, UHNW clients and charities. It focuses on influencers as well as professionals and celebrates powerful women from diverse backgrounds.
The Citywealth recognition comes soon after Global Managing Partner, Jonathan Rigby, featured in the 2018 ePrivateclient 50 Most Influential. The list comprises 50 key movers and shakers in the UK and UK Crown Dependencies' private client practitioner sector.
Rachael, Jessica and Felicia also featured on the 2017 Citywealth Leaders List.
