This Thursday (21 September), islanders will have an opportunity to test ride various bikes and receive a one-off discount on a range of services from the companies involved.
The event is being held at Les Jardins de la Mer (St Helier) between 1pm and 3pm.
Those attending will have the chance to test ride bikes for ten minutes at a time. Bikes will be available from Jersey Bike Hire, Evolution Cycles, and Powerhouse.
This event has been organised by the Sustainability and Climate Change Engagement team as part of Love to Ride’s Cycle September challenge. During the challenge, Islanders who log rides and refer friends to Love to Ride have a chance to win various prizes including an e-bike. Any test rides at the ‘Try a bike’ event can be logged on Love to Ride.
