Volaw Group has announced that it has formed a new Client Service Excellence Team, headed up by Associate Director Karen Grieve and supported by Debbie du Feu and Suzanne Young. The new team, with a combined 57 years’ service at Volaw, is tasked with: ensuring clients are helped through the on-boarding process and enjoy excellent service from day one of a relationship; making internal processes simpler and more efficient for clients and staff; and and helping to resolve problems or disputes as quickly as possible. The team also works within the firm to provide coaching and support to Managers and teams, trouble-shooting and working closely to deliver the best possible experience for all the firm’s clients.
