This week's calendar includes opportunity for some physical activity, cultural explorations and community fun.

 Each week, Bailiwick Wellbeing will be sharing a selection of sporty and community local events for you to get involved in... 

Island Landmarks and Heritage by Steven Beal

When? From 2 to 27 September

Where? The Link Gallery at Jersey Museum

What? This exhibition displays Steven’s hand drawn works which are a visual study of some of Jersey’s rich heritage and expansive urban sights. The exhibition also includes a time lapse film of the drawings over the course of their creation.

Jersey parkrun

When? Every Saturday at 09:00

Where? Les Quennevais Sports Centre

What? Walk, jog, run for 5k for parkrun number 303 ... or simply watch!

Meet the collections

When? Saturday 3 September – from 10:00 to 14:00

Where? Jersey Archive

What? Revisit some childhood memories with items from Jersey Archive’s collections, from a sampler, to a 1940s Brownies uniform, school exercise books from the early 1900s and a number of toys throughout the ages. 

Grouville Church Country Fayre

When? Saturday 3 September – from 11:00 to 16:30

Where? Les Prés Manor,

What? Bumpy tractor rides, Duck Race, Fun Dog Show and live music among other things, with food and drinks available from various outlets. (Free entry)

Jersey International Air Display

When? Thursday 8 September – from 13:00 to 17:00

Where? St. Aubin’s Bay

What? Find a cozy spot and look up to the skies to spot some Spitfires, Red Arrows and Chinooks.
