A Shakespearean tragedy, crafts, white collar darts and a scavenger hunt are all on the menu this week.

Each week, Bailiwick Wellbeing will be sharing a selection of sporty and community local events for you to get involved in.

Romeo and Juliet

When? Friday 28 October at 19:00, Saturday 29 October at 14:00 and 19:00

Where? Jersey Arts Centre

What? This weekend, Jersey Youth Performing Arts is presenting an original musical adaptation of the greatest love story ever told, Romeo and Juliet. Featuring songs from bands as diverse as The Black Eyed Peas, T. Rex and The Offspring and fight scenes choreographed by British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat Fight Master, Philip D’Orleans.

Anything Goes Craft

When? Saturday 29 October – 10:00 to 12:00

Where? St. John’s Parish Church

What? As it’s the last Saturday of the month, bring your own craft project with you to work on, or come along and try something new at St. John’s Church. There are no charges but donations to the church are welcome.

Spooky Showtunes

When? Saturday 29 October – 13:30 to 15:30

Where? Reg’s Garden

What? Over the Rainbow Theatre Company will be presenting a Halloween-themed musical theatre concert with all ticket proceeds going to local equality and diversity charity, Liberate.

White Collar Darts

When? Saturday 29 October – 18:00

Where? Royal Trinity Showground

What? The White Collar Darts competition is back in support of Brighter Futures.

Halloween Scavenger Hunt

When? Sunday 30 October – 13:30 to 15:30

Where? Adelina Woods – behind Motormall

What? This year’s Jersey Trees for Life annual Halloween Adventure will take the form of a family pumpkin Hunt in Adelina Woods. “This is a wonderful, fun, (not too) scary event perfect for small children,” the team said.

Christmas Card Making Worskhop

When? Thursday 3 November – 14:00 to 16:00

Where? St. Clement Parish Hall

What? The St. Clement Battle of Flowers Association is hosting a workshop with Amanda Carroll where participants will get to learn how to make two unique Christmas cards. £10.00 including materials and refreshments.
