Whitmill Trust Company Limited (“Whitmill”) are pleased to announce that following extensive negotiations, they have selected Affinity Management Services (Malta) Limited to act as their preferred partner in Malta.
This agreement reached between the business founders Don Wijsmuller and Patricia Slavin, will allow Whitmill to add a fourth jurisdiction to their international offering, extending their services to include this European Financial Services Centre.
As an EU member state, Malta offers an onshore jurisdiction with a highly developed financial sector and a reputation for being well regulated. It provides excellent possibilities for low-cost financing of investment transactions and international business through its extensive network of double tax agreements.
Established in Jersey in 1992 and with offices in Switzerland and Gibraltar, Whitmill’s independent, flexible approach combined with its extensive network allows the organisation to provide wealth management solutions to a wide range of clients, located throughout the world. Similarly to Whitmill, Affinity Management Services (Malta) Limited is an independently owned company, with its sister office based in the Isle of Man , offering expertise in a range of corporate and trust services. This agreement means that both businesses will work together to provide an experienced team of professionals dedicated to delivering quality corporate administration services.
