To provide delegates with an understanding of the UK Work at Height Regulations 2005 and on practical solutions to comply with this legislation.

Course Objectives 

To provide delegates with an understanding of the UK Work at Height Regulations 2005 and on practical solutions to comply with this legislation.

  • Ladder Safety 
  • Appreciation of fall hazards 
  • Working at height risk assessments 
  • Method Statements 
  • Flat and sloping roofs safety 
  • Fragile roof safety 
  • Risk control measures 
  • Rescue procedures 

Who should attend 

The course is designed for persons who plan to work at height are responsible for conducting risk assessments. 

Assessments 

Delegates will be assessed at the end of the course with a height awareness  questionnaire and they will be required to practically demonstrate how to correctly don a harness. Successful candidates will receive a certificate of training. 

Duration: 1/2 day 

Cost: £75.00 per person (or £70.00 pp if 3 or more places are reserved)
