A Senior Associate at the Bedell Cristin's Guernsey office, Richard has over 11 years' experience in corporate law, both in the UK and offshore.

His experience in the UK included working for  a large national law firm, where he advised on a wide range of private and public corporate transactions and specialised in initial public offerings and listings. He also spent a period working in house in corporate finance firm, W H Ireland PLC. He moved to a law firm in Guernsey in 2007 and joined Bedell in 2012.  He has continued to specialise in listings work, particularly on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange since moving to Guernsey and he has considerable expertise acting on a range of other offshore transactions including funds and in providing financial services regulatory advice.
