C5 Alliance has promoted Jon Le Noury to senior consultant and business analyst within the Project Delivery Team in a move designed to recognise the wealth of talent within the business.
Mr Le Noury joined C5 Alliance as a consultant and business analyst and has eight years’ experience in the technology industry; he is now the most qualified business analyst in Guernsey having completed all four exams that form part of the British Computer Society’s Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis recently. He also holds the Business Analysis Diploma.
C5 Alliance, the largest provider of technology solutions in the Channel Islands, encourages all staff to continue to upskill and fully supported Mr Le Noury during his studies for the advanced diploma, which included a significant piece of work on how he contributes to the wider business analysis community.
“C5 Alliance has encouraged my aims to broaden my experience and approach; I wanted to spread my wings in a role not just in software but also working with different technologies and client issues” said Mr Le Noury.
“Business analysis goes well beyond technology; we need to build good relationships with a variety of different people at all levels and gain their trust to provide solutions that make their businesses more efficient and effective.”
Mr Le Noury has been using a model for identifying and managing skills for IT professionals; the framework marries those needed skills with the skills of C5 Alliance’s workforce and the needs of the businesses it serves. He has also been involved in the adoption of an Agile delivery implementation at an international bank.
