A consultant in the bespoke development team at C5 Alliance in Guernsey, has completed the Microsoft Dynamics CRM boot camp.

Matt Knowles undertook the eight-day intensive training course, which is aimed at equipping practitioners with up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft’s most recent customer relationship manager (CRM) software package, giving them the ability to fully utilise the benefits for businesses.

Marc Beavan, Director of Bespoke Development at C5 Alliance in Guernsey said that training and keeping on top of recent developments in its partner technologies is a priority for the company.

“We recognise that it’s a fast-paced industry and to truly deliver on our clients’ increasingly complex requirements we have to ensure our consultants stay up-to-date on the latest advances. Matt has achieved some great results here.”

Mr Knowles passed three examinations during the training: installation and deployment, applications and customisation and configuration.

“The course was extremely demanding with a high volume of content in its timeframe, blending instructor-led activity with practical work and examinations,” said Mr Knowles.

“The new perspectives I have gained on CRM will be hugely beneficial in my work for local clients. Businesses in Guernsey are increasingly looking to technology for improving business efficiencies and with a good CRM solution in place companies can expect to see a number of advantages. These include increased sales conversions through more actionable data on clients, better client relations and retention and more streamlined due diligence and reporting.”
