The winner of this year’s Guernsey Customer Service Awards will have the opportunity to gain additional training and education, thanks to title sponsor, Guernsey Post Ltd.
The winner and his/her guest will be flown to London to attend the Institute of Customer Service’s annual conference in London’s Park Lane. In addition, they will be automatically entered into the Institute’s annual UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, competing against entries from across the UK.
The Institute of Customer Service Annual Conference is the biggest forum for customer service thought leadership and best practice in the UK. The event draws hundreds of service professionals and business leaders together to learn from examples of global service excellence and share best practice. Guernsey’s winner will be immersed in a professional, diverse and globally connected environment.

Now in their fifth year, the Customer Service Awards are dedicated to recognising those on Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark who consistently excel in putting their customers first.
The public can nominate from Wednesday 6 May to Friday 19 June, and the shortlisted finalists will be announced soon afterwards. The Awards ceremony takes place in Market Square, St Peter Port, on Thursday 9 July.
