Guernsey professionals who have shown dedication and excellence in their roles in the property and construction sector have been chosen as finalists for this year’s Guernsey Property & Construction Awards.

Following a general nomination period, and then an independent judging panel of industry experts reading all submissions and supporting evidence, the organisers are delighted to announce the following finalists:

Health & Safety Award

Aspiring Star Award

  • Tim Kaines - Geomarine

Engineering Project of the Year Award

  • Argent Energy Phase II & III - HVC

Property Professional of the Year Award

  • Watts & Co
  • Livingroom
  • Mawson Collins

Construction Professional of the Year Award

  • Graham Dawes - R G Falla
  • Jenny Giles - Geomarine

Industry Supplier of the Year Award

  • R H Gaudion - Martin Gaudion
  • DHS (Domestic Heating Services)
  • Capelles Building Supplies

There will also be a special Lifetime Achievement Award presented on the night.

The Guernsey Property & Construction Awards, which are organised in association with Collaborate Communications and the Construction Industry Forum, aim to highlight and celebrate the contribution the property and construction sector can make to Guernsey’s economic success. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Beau Sejour, St Peter Port, on Thursday 2nd November.
