Guernsey Water has upgraded its website, providing easier navigation for customers as well as introducing new online services.

Guernsey Water’s customer service manager, Chris Hall, said; “Customers are at the heart of our business.  One of our priorities this year was to upgrade our website, enabling our customers an easier route to information and providing them with the convenience of some online services.”

The main focus of the redesign was making information on the site more accessible for all by reorganising material and introducing some online services. This includes a service information bar on the homepage, which will be used to highlight current works, emergencies and seasonal issues.

Customers can now complete online forms to notify Guernsey Water they are moving home or advise if they are a new customer. This will allow individuals to advise Guernsey Water at their leisure and at a time that is convenient for them. A number of downloadable forms are also available, including water meter applications and Direct Debit sign up forms for both domestic and business accounts.

“People’s time is precious,” said Chris.  “By making it quick and easy to access information online and providing online services we hope to be able to answer customer queries more efficiently and save our customers time”

Guernsey Water welcomes feedback on its new website, this can be submitted online by using their online feedback form or alternatively by email to customer.service@water.gg
