Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited, part of Investec Private Banking, has announced long service awards for 13 staff, ranging from five to 20 years, in Guernsey.

The combined length of employment with the bank, for those who have been recognised, is 115 years.

Stephen Henry, Managing Director of Investec Private Banking in the Channel Islands said, "We are unique in the working environment we create for our people, encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and fostering an open culture that enables staff to share ideas and learn from their colleagues. I have no doubt that this nurturing and supportive approach to helping people develop professionally is one of the underlying reasons that we are able to recruit and retain the best people in their field. It is a delight that we have been able to acknowledge this level of commitment and loyalty for so many of our staff."

The Investec Private Client team offers personal banking services to professionals and high net worth individuals, who are residents in Jersey or Guernsey, who earn either £100,000 and/or have a net asset value of £1m.
