Livingroom has bucked the trend in 2015 with another year of growth, recording an increase in sales and rentals from 2014 and an ever increasing market share of all residential property transactions in Guernsey.
Such positive market activity is echoed within the team at Livingroom with three staff members promoted to the management team and a further two new staff members added to the 14-strong team.
Nick Paluch has been promoted to Local Market Manager, Jason Hyland is now Open Market Manager and Samantha Sexton is now Local and Open Market Lettings Manager.
Nick has built a strong reputation since joining Livingroom and is a confident and approachable individual with an expert knowledge of the Local Market.

Outside work Nick is the Bailiwick Scout Commissioner and this resourcefulness and empathy can be seen in his dealings with Livingroom clients.”
Jason joined Livingroom in April 2010 after a career in structural design and construction. Jason has grown into one of the island’s well-known experts on Open Market property and has been responsible for some of the most prestigious Open Market transactions in recent years.
“Jason is an intrinsic part of our success in the Open Market. His wealth of experience and knowledge stand him in good stead to lead the Open Market team at Livingroom,” Richard said.
Samantha takes up the leadership role in the newly-created Local and Open Market Lettings Manager position. The rental department at Livingroom has quickly grown to a team of four to manage the ever-increasing portfolio - with in excess of 50 instructions.
“Sam’s passion for property, and her pivotal role in growing Livingroom’s rental offering, has been integral. We are extraordinarily busy in the rental team and Sam’s leadership will prove invaluable.
“These promotions are well deserved and demonstrate an excellent extended period of growth for Livingroom. The whole team has worked hard to make this happen and we’re grateful to all of them for their efforts.
