Experienced estate agency professional Caroline Nickolls has joined the Livingroom Open Market department adding another 12 years of local agency experience to this ever growing team.
Her move to Livingroom’s Open Market team is a new challenge she is relishing, adding dynamism with a keen eye for detail.
Miss Nickolls said: “The way Livingroom works and their excellent marketing strategies are very attractive. Joining the Open Market team allows me to use the expertise I’ve accrued in my career so far and apply it to an exciting and dynamic market.”
Previously an associate director of another Guernsey agency, locally-born Miss Nickolls is also a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
She said: “Livingroom is a forward-thinking, modern agency with a great team supported by all the latest technology in the property sector.
“One thing that struck me is their focus on quality; Livingroom has its own design team which is rare for an estate agent generally and unheard of in Guernsey. I’m really excited to work alongside Simon and his team in such a creative environment, building on the work they have done in its 10+ years so far.”
Miss Nickolls’ appointment comes as Livingroom continue to increase their market share; its sales account for 24% of properties sold in 2016 so far – on an island with 23 estate agencies.
