Rachel Richardson joins Ogier Guernsey employment law team as Counsel

Senior employment lawyer Rachel Richardson has joined Ogier's Guernsey team.

Rachel, who joins Ogier as Counsel, has spent more than ten years specialising in Guernsey employment law, and holds a Master of Laws post-graduate degree in employment law.

She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters and regularly appears before the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal acting for both employers and employees, as well as working with with Ogier's Guernsey corporate team on local M&A activity.

Client feedback highlights Rachel's "excellent industry knowledge" and her ability to "get to the heart of a problem quickly and commercially".

Partner Mathew Newman, who heads the Guernsey Dispute Resolution team, said: "Our strategic growth continues with Rachel's arrival – the last 18 months have seen two new partners and now three counsel join the Ogier Guernsey team, as we continue to attract the best and brightest.
