Michael Heyworth, a director at Trust Corporation International, has been named as one of the 50 most influential practitioners in the fiduciary sector.
Financial news service eprivateclient, which caters to private client practitioners including lawyers, accountants and trustees, annually compiles a list of the leading professionals in the field.
Listed professionals are the most prominent achievers in the private client advisory professions working in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and are leaders in providing the best possible advice and service for clients as well as driving innovation in the private wealth sector.
Mr Heyworth trained as a trust lawyer in the UK where he qualified as a solicitor before moving to work for the firm’s office in Guernsey. In 2003 he was one of four founding directors of Trust Corporation International.
He is responsible for a portfolio of ultra-high net worth and complex clients including resident, non-UK domiciled families, family offices and contentious trust matters.
Mr Heyworth was recently listed by wealth management and luxury lifestyle publication Spear’s in its “top recommended” banding for Guernsey.
