I am looking for a multi-tasker with good communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to use their own initiative and be competent in providing assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, dealing with business queries and orders and generally being a helpful and having a positive presence in the workplace.
The role of Administrative Assistant comprises the following:-
1. Use of PC for answering Customer Emails with queries and orders.
2. Processing orders to point of dispatch using Company data base.
3. Some Email and Word document creation for customer responses.
4. Processing receipts, cheques and credit cards on to Company Database.
5. Assistance with stock control.
The above is not exhaustive, but forms the main activities. The role can be flexi-hours of between 25 to 35 hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis.
Administrative Assistant Requirements
- 5 year Residency
- Sound computer skills, especially with Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Conditions:-
Can be fixed or flexi hour employment of between 25 -35 hours per week. 5 day week Monday to Friday. Would suit all ranges of individuals also could be suitable for retired persons.
Hourly Rate Negotiable in the region of £11.25
