Full Description
We
are looking for talented individuals to join our Regulatory Operations
department, specifically the Periodic Review Unit, to provide a comprehensive
and confidential Client Due Diligence (CDD) service to the firm. These roles will
focus on clients within Asia and Caribbean but may also support Europe at
times. These roles will report into the Regulatory Operations Manager, based in
Jersey.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake the periodic review for existing clients in accordance with regulatory and internal processes & procedures
- Completing CDD data entry and maintaining data quality
- Performing Screening Checks and analysing results identifying areas for review
- Communicating with internal teams and external clients to ensure CDD collection is undertaken promptly following up as necessary to manage outstanding CDD
- Assist with other projects as may be necessary
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years' experience in an AML or CDD focussed role within a professional services environment, with working knowledge of client take on processes as well as Anti Money Laundering and Client Due Diligence requirements
- Understanding of corporate structures is required
- An AML certificate or similar qualification is preferred
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise work load and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience of SharePoint & ViewPoint is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
