Full Description

Purpose Of Job The role holder will act as the main point of contact for plan members in relation to their distribution, transfer or pension request and will manage all aspects of the distribution from receipt of the request to payment of the benefits following well-defined processes. Main Responsibilities & Duties: Act as main point of contact for plan members. Review requests from members for benefit payments to confirm whether the member meets the criteria to receive those benefits. Manage all aspects of the distribution process from receipt of the request to payment to the plan member Essential Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). High attention to detail. Completer finisher.
