A leading financial service provider is in search of an Assistant Manager to assist managing their support services team based in Jersey. The purpose of this position is to manage all aspects of Group's IT Service Delivery including client facing and Security Administration teams. You will also be expected to provide support across the Group with an emphasis on service request functions, managing the team during management absence, improving processes and ensuring IT provides a service focused capability to the business.
Other responsibilities include supporting the improvement, growth and implementation of service delivery processes that are robust and fit for purpose; establishing clear service levels that are aligned to the business requirements. Take a leading role in the commissioning, roll out and ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Group's new service delivery management.
Previous practical IT System Support senior level experience within a financial services business, supported by working knowledge of the following systems are considered to be essential: eFront Frontinvest, Yardi, Viewpoint, SQL, SAS and MS Excel (Macro).
