An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Project Team and support the delivery of revolutionary  RegTech solutions that build upon 25-years of leadership in the outsourced communications and data management space. 

Vaiie hire team players with a broad set of technical skills motivated in tackling some of the greatest challenges to the financial services sector and technology industry. As an Associate Project Manager you will support our Project, Product and Operations teams to ensure the efficient running of multiple projects ensuring they are progressed on time and in line with budget. Day to day work is varied, challenging and fast-paced amidst a hardworking and delivery focused company culture. 

The role would ideally suit a mid-level candidate who is highly passionate about digital transformation and who is attracted to the idea of flexible working in an agency-like environment with the structure and benefits that come from being part of a global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and work closely on projects to completion within the agreed budget, resource and scope constraints
  • Support Programme and Project Managers, Business Heads and Business Subject Matter Experts to define project scopes, goals and deliverables
  • Analyse projects, identifying risks and preparing supporting documentation
  • Coordinate and monitor projects on a regular basis, evaluating progress and quality, and managing issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Manage all project resources efficiently and assist project teams to resolve all requests from project members
  • Participate and support in the development of functional requirements of projects / enhancements
  • Prepare and distribute project documents in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio including financial and statistical tools and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Provide clear and measurable personal objectives in line with business strategy and monitor the progress of achievement against agreed objectives through the use of performance framework including bi-annual appraisals 
  • Support in project meetings helping to ensure that projects remain on track, in budget and stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle including handover to the business
  • Support the Operations Manager in the execution of processes for new service lines, working in tandem with the commercial team to execute delivery perfectly against future sales
  • Work with Group IT in the completion of customer audit and data handling reports
  • Represent Vaiie at Group level meetings to communicate activity to supporting business units

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • A minimum of 3 year’s business experience is required, ideally from within a commercial organisation
  • Ideally at least 1 years’ experience of project assistance required. Experience of working in a Project Management Office or Change Management Office would be an advantage
  • A good understanding of the commercial aspects of projects and a demonstrable track record of successfully managing development projects to time and budget would be ideal
  • Proven experience in organising, coordinating, and the execution on details
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Excel
  • Knowledge of project management methodology such as PRINCE2 is beneficial
  • Knowledge of MS Project and Monday.com is an advantage
