Our corporate services team supports the wide range of specialised departments across our business, and we’re now looking for an experienced business manager to lead that team and drive our internal change programme. Quite simply, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the team provide unparalleled service excellence to our internal customers while making a significant contribution to our evolving transformation programme. The tools of your trade are of greater importance than job titles or the sectors you’ve worked in previously. Of course, you’re an accomplished team leader who builds high standards and creates a strong sense of ownership and unity of purpose. You consult perceptively, communicate clearly, plan well and are focused on simplifying procedures to ensure efficient and effective organisational performance. But it’s not about hands-off oversight. It’s all about being fully immersed and hands-on dealing with day-to-day activities as well as the longer-term initiatives.
