Our client, a highly dynamic professional services firm, is seeking a Business Partnering Senior Associate to join their internal finance team. This permanent role involves supporting general finance and business decision-making, with responsibilities focused on management reporting, budgeting, planning, and financial control. Click here to read more. Job Duties Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including financial analysis and commentary. Monitor financial performance against Key Performance Indicators. Design and implement PowerBI dashboards to meet management information needs. Develop relationships with internal business support teams to understand and contribute to strategic goals. Collaborate with Finance Managers to prepare revenue and cost budgets, plans, and forecasts. Provide detailed analysis and business insights for profit and loss management. Assist with year-end external audits and the implementation of accounting policies and controls. Promote a strong financial discipline culture within the organisation. Job Requirements Qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body. Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with applying accounting standards. Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technology-focused mindset, with a desire to improve processes through innovation. PowerBI experience is a plus.
