Care Home Manager
is a small and homely care home which offers ladies a family like home
atmosphere with 24 hour care. Care is provided for 24 permanent residents
as well as offering facilities for shorter stays and respite.
The position is a busy front line leadership role and the ideal
candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Care Home
and will be expected to lead and manage the staff ensuring high quality care
and safeguarding of the residents. The Care Home Manager works closely
with the Management Committee to formulate, implement and monitor the quality
of processes, policies and procedures in order to meet objectives as well as
