Jersey Cheshire Home is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual for the post of Care Manager. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Home effectively and in line with the Regulation of Care Law (Jersey 2014). They will lead the organisation in ensuring effective staff revalidation system and be accountable for ensuring outstanding standards of care, clinical governance, audit, effective budgetary management and lead on communication both internally and externally. 

The successful candidate will be an appropriately registered professional with a leadership qualification and experience of management.
