Full Description

Reporting to the Carrier Account Manager, this 12 month fixed term contract ensures the on going provision of supply with other operators, including trouble shooting as required. You will be responsible for chasing all orders through the relevant area to ensure speedy closure of work orders, ensuring open work orders are kept to a minimum and services are delivered in a timely fashion.In addition, you will be required to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business to ensure all solutions can be built and delivered efficiently and to SLA.

Essential Experience, Skills &Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills.
Numeric and keyboard accuracy is vital.

Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Ideally, 1 years’ experience in a telecommunications environment with a good understanding of telecoms products and services.
Knowledge of relevant products, internal systems, processes and procedures.
Awareness of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
