Full Description
Caring Cooks began serving school meals in primary schools in September 2019, and we will be
bringing our reputation for tasty and nutritious food into 5 secondary schools and a preparatory school
from November 2020. We will be serving a range of healthy dishes for students across breakfast,
morning break and lunchtime, alongside engaging the students to help us develop the menu as we go
into 2021, to make sure it’s appealing and easy to access.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chef, who will be responsible for the end to end service
delivery of a range tasty and nutritious dishes and snacks to students throughout the school day at Haute Vallee School.
Applicants should be Level 2 Food Hygiene qualified and passionate about ensuring children and young
people have access to nutritious food every day. Strong customer service and leadership skills and
operational management skills are also essential.

understand about good food and nutrition which will ultimately support them in leading healthier lives
into adult hood. We will be working with schools to promote healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle for
all students, not just in the dining hall.
