This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
The successful individual will be a highly skilled professional who holds a clinical qualification in health and who has experience of setting and influencing the strategic direction of an organisation including change management. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate:
a clear working knowledge of the requirements of clinical, corporate governance and risk management
contract and budget negotiation
income generation experience and
building strategic alliances/partnerships
In addition, the individual should have:
excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide number of external stakeholders including Government and other third sector organisations
the ability to think, act and develop practical innovative and creative solutions to the management of strategic issues and complex problems; and
have an open, empowering and supportive management style; along with possessing compassion and emotional intelligence to succeed in a customer care environment
