We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational individual to lead Citizens Advice Jersey at a time of increasing demand for the charity’s services. You must be a strategic thinker, equally effective at practical delivery and team leadership. Managing a small but skilled team and our volunteers, you will need proven success of working at senior management level to oversee changes in customer service needs, preferably, but not necessarily, within the charity sector. You will report to our Board.
Excellent communication and IT skills are essential along with the capacity to develop good relationships with our supporters, funders and the media. You will be the face of the organisation and be able to develop a positive public profile. An understanding of fundraising, financing and marketing would be an advantage.
