The Organisation
At C5 we are building on our existing senior leadership team and are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join us. Now, as part of BDO Jersey, we have an extremely exciting journey ahead and we need an inquisitive, passionate and data driven individual to take the helm of our finances.
The business has a flat structure allowing agility and rapid decision making; the CFO will have involvement right the way through from strategic to tactical to operational elements, being a key player within our fast-paced and expanding business.

Your skills and experience
You will be a financially qualified professional with proven experience as a finance director/CFO; implementing strategy within a large and complex organisation; holding strong technical financial ability. As a recognised leader you will have the communication and influencing skills to operate successfully at board level and across a wide range of stakeholders and partners.

Your Background
Your current sector background is less important to us than your ability to provide strategic financial leadership to shape our future direction and growth. The CFO will be a member of the C5 Executive Committee and expected to work in collaboration with the parent company.
