At the JFSC, we recognise that people and culture are
intrinsic to our success. As we prioritise our people strategy and
organisational engagement, we are looking for a Chief People Officer to drive
these activities forward. This is a new and exciting opportunity to be the lead
for the ongoing development of our people and culture.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief
People Officer will provide support to the Executive team and Board of
Commissioners to enhance and deliver our people strategy. They will also manage
and lead the Human Resources team, and support the Communication and Digital
team.
Previous experience of providing strategic direction
for Human Resources is essential, together with strong generalist HR skills, a
detailed knowledge of relevant employment law, and exceptional levels of
communication and cross-team collaboration.
Five years residency required.
