Package- Circa £70,000+26 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Performance Bonus + Private Health + Dental Package + Death in Service + 37.5 hours p/w + 5 Years Residency Required 
Are you a customer service whizz? Do you love motivating teams? Are you passionate about delivering a fantastic service? Then this could be the perfect JT role for you 
  • Reporting to Sara McCarthy our Head of CI Operations,  this role will be responsible for leading the CI Customer delivery and Service experience for our on island GE customers across the Channel Islands.  Working in conjunction with many teams and departments, this role will need to continually improve the customer experience while supporting our Global Enterprise Leadership team. 
Desired Skills/Qualifications
  • A good working knowledge of finance and budgetary experience
  • Itil V3 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Innovative thinking: Understanding of key market drivers and knowledge to exploit them
  • Highly numerical / analytical / excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering high quality customer service
Essential Skills/Qualifications
  • Educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent
  • Extensive experience leading large teams tackling complex operational challenges
  • Experience in a customer environment
  • Proven excellent people and process management skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to articulate vision and develop plans to execute
  • Experience of managing commercial and contractual relationships (customer and supplier) and documentation
