Full Description
La Moye is an exclusive,
private members’ golf club with a strong and proud tradition, supported by a
large membership and a busy events diary. The clubhouse is currently
undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment, due to complete in July 2018, which
will provide exceptional facilities in
our stunning location overlooking St Ouen’s Bay.
We currently seek a Clubhouse Manager to manage activities and lead the food and
beverage team in providing a first-class service to Members, guests and
visitors.
The ideal candidate will:

- Possess a proven
track record of bar and catering management, including the management and
leadership of staff in this environment.

Be responsible
for all financial management and margin analysis, including stock control;

Manage supplier
contracts and supplier relationships;
- Ensure the smooth
running of various events at the Club which include Members social events,
charity and corporate golf days, private functions, as well as day-to-day
operations;
- Have experience
of computer based management systems;
- Have up to date
knowledge of relevant statutory obligations and best practice ways of working;
- Be able to work
as part of the senior team that manages all activities at La Moye Golf Club.
