As a successful high growth technology led media business, operating across multiple countries we are looking to build out our commercial function in our Jersey HQ.

As Commercial Lead, you will lead and evolve our commercial function through a period of growth, including our expansion into new verticals. Working directly with senior internal and external stakeholders, you will support the development of marketing/monetisation initiatives, whilst implementing scalably commercial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting group commercial strategy at a high level, concluding deals (executing), and monitoring performance against benchmarks.
  • Oversee market changes (with inhouse legal support), ensure compliance with all regulations and provide regular reports to management.
  • Facilitate the bridge between finance, commercial, data & analytics to ensure a data-led and insight-driven commercial approach, ensuring all systems and tools within the commercial remit are working effectively to service the collaborative needs of the the business.
  • Implement and own our CRM platform and process, encouraging strong personal relationships with our biggest commercial partners.
  • Ensure technology-enabled scalable commercial operations are in place.

Requirements:

  • At least five years in a commercially focused position.
  • Exposure working within an Affiliate Marketing environment is essential. 
  • A strong background in effectively building, managing, and maintaining relationships with clients and key partners.
  • Must hold in-depth online media knowledge & experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing commercial strategy to a highly successful end.
  • Highly analytical interpersonally, allowing data led decision making.
  • Working marketing, product, or media media knowledge and how commercial works alongside for business success.
  • Ability to instigate change to react quickly to growth and changing market conditions.
