This non-executive position on the Board of the Jersey Financial Services Commission offers an experienced professional the opportunity to work for the public good while shaping the financial services arena of tomorrow.
We are looking to appoint a senior on-island Commissioner with HR expertise and experience of setting and delivering the strategic people and culture agenda. As well as ensuring there is appropriate Board level scrutiny of people issues, this Commissioner will provide the right balance of support and challenge as we develop and implement our people strategy.
Experience of driving cultural transformation and a contemporary understanding of societal change across generations are key considerations for this role, as well as recognizing the importance of our employee voice. Candidates do not require financial services or prior non-executive experience to be considered for this role.
