A unique opportunity to join our Board and work for the public interest, shaping the financial services arena of tomorrow. 

As a member of the governing body of Jersey’s financial regulator, you will be part of a dynamic and engaged group of experienced practitioners, charged with contributing to the strategic development of the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).  

You will:
›  participate in effective supervisory and regulatory change
›  exercise statutory and regulatory powers
›  help to protect and enhance Jersey’s reputation and integrity in commercial and financial matters. 

We are seeking to appoint two Commissioners:
›  Chair of the Audit Committee - a senior finance professional with relevant skills and experience
›  Lawyer - a practising Jersey advocate or solicitor with sound understanding and experience of the Island's legal system.
