Full Description

The Service Management team within Engineering provides support and structure to optimise Service Delivery and the services provided to our stakeholders.

We do this through setting the ‘how we do it’ framework, and the Technical Support roles are integral to the success of this by enabling the Engineering trade teams to focus on their roles within the ‘what we do’ sphere of activity.

As the Compliance Analyst, you will work with the Service Support Manager in the following areas:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify areas where the organisation may be at risk of non-compliance. This involves evaluating various business processes, policies, and procedures to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement internal policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices. This may include drafting compliance manuals, guidelines, and protocols for different departments within the organisation.
• Perform regular audits and reviews of the engineering departments operations, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations. This includes analysing data, conducting interviews, and examining records to identify any compliance issues.
• Monitor ongoing compliance activities and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of compliance efforts. Prepare reports and presentations for management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep yourself updated on the latest regulatory requirements and changes in laws relevant to the aviation industry. This involves regularly reviewing regulatory updates, attending seminars or training sessions, and networking with peers in the field.
• Investigate occurrences through root cause analysis; implementing corrective actions and remediation plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
